Booking Appointments

All patients are asked to fill an Online Triage Form (3 questions) to contact us. This helps us make sure you see the right clinician in the right timeframe saving valuable time for both the patient and practice.

If you can’t for any reason, please call us to speak to a member of our team (we have a callback feature you can use for long waiting times)

We will review your case and one of our team will action your request within 48-72 hours depending on the nature of the query.

This may result in the following: (This is usually a response you receive via text message)

  • A telephone appointment
  • A face to face appointment
  • Prescription or referral being completed
  • Advice or signposting to the right service

Please note, we are still seeing patients face to face but this will be only if the Doctor feels it is necessary and following a telephone appointment. Our nursing team are still booking face to face for blood tests and other nursing appointments.
